Questionssssss…
Tune in here LIVE every Sunday at 12 Noon ET to get answers to your Super Sensitive questions.

You can also watch the previously-live-recorded shows here below in the “Video Library”.
Super Sensitive Soul Streaming Sunday Service
What it IS:
A response to my desire to have some sort of space for regular sensitive, spiritual discussion that is open and non-dogmatic. We have lots of questions with all this information we are picking up on in our sensitive bodies with our sensitive nervous systems.
A message or question from me to you that I have observed as being important to Sensitive Leadership in the world, yours and mine.
A place to ask your burning questions that I can answer in 5 minutes or less. You can ask them through email or by showing up live and typing them to me in the live chat during the stream. You will need to sign up for a free profile to use Livestream chat. So, make sure to sign up before it streams to be ready to chat.
A place to be curious and listen, quietly explore.
Short + sweet.
What it ISN’T:
Therapy. This is not a place to ask deeply personal questions that require support and longer discussion. You can see about meeting with me one-on-one if that is your interest.
A place to fight. You are free to disagree with me and all that I share, I only share my experience which doesn’t have to be yours or vice versa. We can discuss our differences. However, no bashing or attacking will be tolerated.
A place where you have to talk or have to have an opinion. You are welcome to just listen and never say a peep. No obligation.
Long + boring.

Ane,
I just wanted to take time to give you feedback and tell you that all of your work is appreciated. Having a presence on the internet is difficult and sometimes it can feel like you are shouting into the Grand Canyon.
Your inverted Maslow’s chart is spot on. I have been very spiritually driven most of my life. It was the common wisdom, at least according to certain religious traditions, that if one dedicates oneself to God, “God would provide” ie “I give you my soul and you provide my physical needs.” This was a difficult belief to outgrow and now I feel I am working on the basics of just taking care of myself; adjusting to living in a physical world. Your interpretation of Maslow really helped me to understand this and reframe my life accordingly. I could go on, but I won’t. (Long + boring)
Here is a list I made on Amazon that gives a little more detail of my background if you are interested. http://www.amazon.com/lm/R2XJM7OHFBC07D/ref=cm_pdp_lm_title_1
Thanks again for all of your work!
Jason
Thanks Jason! Love your book list and love the support. I know how we are, watching on the sidelines and taking it all in. I am ok with quiet observation
And, I do so love all the contributions as well. Sensitive insights are some of my favorite. Yes, the Highly Sensitive Hierarchy of Needs is a version of “God Will Provide”. Glad you enjoy and hope to keep hearing from you! FYI, one of my clients was just referring to herself as a zebra, so your book “Why Zebras Don’t Get Ulcers” was very synchronistic…again, following my senses and being provided for
Hi Ane
I have just watched you recorded show Sun Jan 2 and found it so helpful, you always seem to hit the nail on the head, thanks so much for your insights.
